Exchange your ring for a different size or design

Not the right fit? You can exchange your ring within 30 days of delivery. The ring must be new and unused, with no signs of wear.

Exchange fee

An exchange costs $30, whether you are changing the size or the design. There is no value limit on the ring you exchange.

How it works

1. Contact us at info@kratunrings.com, or through our Contact page, with your order number and the size or design you want.
2. Pay for your exchange on our website.
3. We send you a return label.
4. Ship your ring back to us.
5. When your ring arrives and passes inspection, we ship your exchange ring.

International orders

Return labels are available for orders shipped within the United States. If you ordered from outside the United States, please contact us first.
