Return your ring within 30 days

You can return your ring up to 30 days after delivery. It must be new and unused, with no signs of wear.

How it works

1. Email us at info@kratunrings.com, or use our Contact page, within the 30 day period. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We will reply to let you know whether your return qualifies.
3. If it qualifies, we will send you a prepaid return label (United States only).
4. Ship the ring back to us. Once it arrives, we inspect and process it.

What it costs

A $30 return fee is deducted from your refund. If the original packaging is missing, an additional $10 is deducted. Shipping fees paid for expedited or faster delivery are not refundable.

When you get your refund

We issue your refund within 3 to 5 business days after your ring arrives at our warehouse and is inspected and processed. Your bank may need extra time to show it.

What cannot be returned

• Rings that have been altered.
• Rings with signs of wear or use.

International orders

Prepaid return labels are available for orders shipped within the United States. If you ordered from outside the United States, please contact us before sending anything back.
