Refund policy
Returns within 30 days
You may return your ring within 30 days of delivery. The ring must be new and unused, with no signs of wear.
How to start a return
- Email us at info@kratunrings.com, or use our Contact page, within the 30 day period. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will reply to let you know whether your return qualifies.
- If it qualifies, we will send you a prepaid return label (United States only).
- Ship the ring back to us using that label.
Return fee
A $30 return fee is deducted from your refund. It covers the return and the processing of your ring. If the original packaging is missing, an additional $10 is deducted from your refund.
Refund timing
Once your ring arrives at our warehouse, we inspect and process it. If the ring is unused, in perfect condition and has its original packaging, we issue your refund within 3 to 5 business days after arrival, inspection and processing, minus the fees described above. Your bank may need extra time to show the refund.
What is not refundable or returnable
- Shipping fees paid for expedited or faster delivery.
- Rings that have been altered.
- Rings with signs of wear or use.

Need a different size or design? See our Exchanges page. An exchange costs $30.
Lifetime Warranty
Defects in manufacturing are covered by our Lifetime Warranty.
International orders
Prepaid return labels are available for orders shipped within the United States. If you ordered from outside the United States, please contact us before sending anything back.
