Lifetime Warranty

Your KRATUN ring is covered for life against manufacturing defects.

What it covers

  • Manufacturing defects.

What it does not cover

  • Scratches.
  • Dents and impacts.
  • Damage from misuse, when we determine it was not caused by a manufacturing defect.

What you receive

If your ring has a manufacturing defect, we replace it with the same ring at no cost to you. There is no value limit. If that ring is no longer available, you can choose another ring of equal or lesser value. The difference in price is not refunded.

One replacement per purchase

The warranty covers your original purchase, with one replacement. If the replacement ring has a problem, no further replacement applies.

How to make a claim

  1. Contact us at info@kratunrings.com, or through our Contact page, with your order number and a description of the problem.
  2. Send us the damaged ring. We will tell you how.
  3. We review the ring and, if it is covered, we send your replacement. This takes approximately 2 weeks.
