How do I find my ring size?

Use our free printable Size Guide. If you fall between two sizes, choose the larger one.

What if my ring does not fit?

You can exchange it for a different size within 30 days of delivery for $30. See our Exchanges page.

Your order

What comes with my ring?

Every ring includes a medical grade silicone band, a drawstring bag and a wooden box.

How long until my order ships?

Orders are processed in 3 to 5 business days and ship from Orlando, Florida.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping within the United States is free. Express shipping within the United States is $15. International shipping is $35 to every country.

Do I pay customs or import fees?

Yes. Customs duties, import taxes and related fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and exchanges

Can I return my ring?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, if the ring is new and unused with no signs of wear. See our Returns page.

How much does a return cost?

A $30 return fee is deducted from your refund. If the original packaging is missing, an additional $10 is deducted.

How long does a refund take?

3 to 5 business days after your ring arrives at our warehouse and is inspected and processed.

Can I get a refund on express shipping?

No. Shipping fees paid for expedited or faster delivery are not refundable.

Lifetime Warranty

What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?

Manufacturing defects. It does not cover scratches, dents, impacts or damage from misuse. See our Lifetime Warranty page.

How do I make a claim?

Contact us with your order number. You will need to send back the damaged ring, and the replacement takes approximately 2 weeks.
